  My pros: I love the apartment size and layout...and despite everyone else, I actually gotten mostly good response with management on certain things. Its close to 285 and location is close to MARTA. However, after my lease is up I am def. moving. The noise level its HORRIBE in my apartment. I hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, which includes her and her 1000 people stomping around, slamming things to the ground at all hours of the night. I also have to hear the wood creak in my bedroom every time they walk around. I shouldn't pay all this money for terrible construction and to her stomping all the time. I have countlessly told this to management but nothing has been done. I hate coming home because as long as they live upstairs, I will forever hear loud noises. i have to go to someone else's house to study and turn my TV up to tune it out.

  I passed through here while doing an Uber Pool picking up another passenger. Metro Atlanta is known for having a zillion apartment complexes however when searching for a place to live, rarely does the property management company give potential tenants enough pics to determine if they would be interested in living on their property. These are a few of the shots I took while driving through. My rating is just based on what I saw outside. I have never been inside an apartment here. The area is very nice.
